Upstate Elite Soccer Academy is a one-of-a-kind soccer club that provides top-notch training and instruction for players of all ages and skill levels. Led by UESA Founder and former professional soccer player Gale Agbossomounde, our aim is to bring together the best talent from across the region and to develop their skills in a positive and encouraging environment. We foster a culture of work ethic, inclusiveness and integrity, and our teams are given the opportunity to reach their full potential.

Drawing on my personal experience having played for some of the best coaches in the world while competing in the highest levels of professional soccer, I am honored to be instilling those lessons here at Upstate Elite Soccer Academy with the next generation of soccer stars. Using my own goals achieved from playing soccer as a young boy here in Syracuse to playing professionally as example, every player at UESA understands that they too can make their dreams come true. UESA provides an elite homegrown soccer experience right here in Syracuse, building players character, skill and a sense of community. Our team of coaches provide a safe and encouraging environment for players to learn and develop in, while emphasizing the importance of teamwork and sportsmanship.
